Sorry I couldn't fix things earlier, I've had lots of trouble lately with my computer and didn't have time to work on this mod again. In fact, Iona, Calder, Jordis the Sword-Maiden, Lydia and Argis the Bulwark are now set as protected just as they were before. Fixed an issue with the housecarls that prevented the player from furnishing the Children's Room in any house if Hearthfire is installed. Shadowmere and Frost are now set as essential.
As soon as I'll find a solution, I'll update the mod. I haven't discovered the source of the issue yet. Madesi,Brand-Shei, Haelga and Keerava from Riften are also vulnerable for now. There are already a few current issues with some NPCs of Riverwood, as for now, Faendal, Sven and Hilde are vulnerable and able to be killed. This also applies to the situations stated above. If you notice any issue, either if it's a NPC who just died or just a quest related or hostile NPC who is invulnerable, tell me and I might answer in the next 24 hours, or even fix it in the meantime. If you notice other NPCs are vulnerable to hostile creatures or yourself, share it in the comments section please. So far, Sven, Hilde, Faendal, Keerava, Madessi, Brand-Shei and Haelga are still vulnarable even though they are all marked as essential in the Creation Kit. If you know, share it in the comments section please. I'll check that out but for now I don't know which Ulfric (because there are many) to set as protected or normal in the Creation Kit. Someone reported it's impossible to kill Ulfric when you side with the Imperials. (Sinding is supposed to be marked as "essential" before you meet him in Bloated Man's Grotto, if it isn't the case or if he's still unvulnerable if you choose to kill him, tell me). All the hunters sent by Hircine to kill Sinding during "I'll Met by Moonlight" and Sinding himself. All the other NPCs that are meant to die in various quests, or NPCs that become hostile for a quest, for example Kodlak Whitename, Skjor, Septimus Signus, Laelette the Vampire, Alva. All the NPCs involved in "The Forsworn Conspiracy" quest that are meant to die, including all the hostile Forsworn spies, Eltrys, Betrid Silver-Blood and Grimsvar the Unlucky. All the Dark Brotherhood assassination targets, including Grelod the Kind, the three hostages in the Abandonned Shack at the beginning of the questline, all the assassination targets of the questline and all the side contracts. The mod includes animals Gleda the Goat and unique friendly dogs (Stump, Ysgramor, Tiber, Meeko, Vigilance and Torom), and one friendly Hagraven (Melka). So as the title says this mod makes ALL NPCs essential.įollowers, housecarls, merchants, inn keepers, bards, farmers, miners, carriage drivers, Khajiits traders, dungeon quest givers, animals, a few random road encounters and all the other NPCs of all races are now essential with this mod, except those who are either hostiles or meant to die for quests.
